Chef Alessandro, who hails from Livorno in Toscana Italy, a region renowned for its wine and food, has taken the helm at SAPORI TOSCANI, the new Italian restaurant in Rouse Hill.
Alessandro grew up cooking with his Nonna and Mamma which made him realise his passion for Italian cuisine and the magic art of pizza making. After learning from the best in Tuscany, Alessandro travelled to Australia to find a place he could share his passion and give people an authentic Italian experience.
Italy’s loss was Sapori Toscani’s gain. Using special techniques and most importantly the right ingredients including flour from Napoli, San Marzano tomatoes, quality cheese and simple authentic toppings he is gathering fans. “I have created an authentic pizza recipes that I truly believe, paired with our antipasti offering, will take people on a delicious journey,” he said.
The authentic pizzas are cooked in the dazzling authentic oven. The antipasti small plates feature Italian grazing favourites specially designed to be paired with the pizzas and give an authentic Italian experience. Mammamia che bonta’ !
